Return and Exchange Policy

Arte also gives its customers an option for ‘Returning’ or ‘Exchanging’ the goods. If you do not approve of your order, you may return the items within 24 hours of the time of delivery to acquire a full refund on your purchase.

However, you cannot return/exchange earrings due to hygiene purposes as well as custom made pieces. Please note that you will be refunded the cost of the item only, excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs. All returned items must be received in their original condition, accompanied by a sales receipt.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel or change your order after it has been placed by getting in touch with us at (+961) 1 351 851. Let your service provider know your order number so that your request can be processed as efficiently as possible.

Owing to our speedy delivery system, in the event that your cancellation of order comes after the order has been dispatched, we would be unable to process your request. In such a case, you reserve the right to return your order to artejewel.com . Kindly go over the back of your invoice for further information on our return policy.

 

Please Note: Arte Jewelry has the license to cancel and consequently report a faulty order to legal authorities.

 

Insurance

When you receive your package, please make sure the items inside are not damaged before signing the receipt. Arte Jewelry covers insurance of all items up until they are delivered and holds no responsibility once the package has been received by the customer.

To return an item, or for further information, please email us at http://www.artejewel.com/contact-us/or call us on (+ 961) 1 351851 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm (except Saturdays & Sundays).

Please clearly mention your complete contact information with your name, address and number as well as the reason for returning the item when you email us. Arte Jewelry returns policy does not tamper with your statutory rights.

Any order damaged upon delivery will be compensated but no other reasons including unsuitable sizing of the item will be accepted as we have a PDF form available on our website to ensure that your order is the right size before you make the final purchase.

Please note:  Custom charges may apply upon return of an item at the Lebanese Customs.

If you wish to return an item, please write an e-mail to info@artejewel.com so that we expect to receive your returned package. All items should be returned to Arte Jewellery& Watches. Co. NemeYafet Street, Hamra, Beirut, Lebanon, Tel: 00 961 1 351 85100 961 71 922 228. Please ensure the items are packed in their original materials to reach us unscathed. Our suggestion for courier services is FedEx.

 

Repairs

If your jewelry needs any repair, please contact us at info@artejewel.com or fill our online form.

Please make sure all items are packaged correctly and reach us safely, preferably via FedEx.  After assessing your jewelry, we will inform you when the repairing process begins. Charges for any repairs may apply.
