Shipping Method

We can deliver jewelry and watches all over Lebanon. Our delivery riders will ship your orders within Beirut district. Libanpost will ship orders for areas outside Beirut district. Please note we do not deliver outside Lebanon.


Delivery Dates

Shipping and delivery dates of your orders are based on the availability of your selected items and the product options you choose. Contact us on ((+961) 1 351 851) for the shipping date of your order, which will be generated based on the delivery method you opt for.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment

Cash on Delivery:

Payment can be made to Libanpost OR to our deliverer upon the arrival of your order.

Please note: Cheques are NOT an acceptable form of payment. Libanpost will only handover your order once paid in CASH.

  • FREE shipping for orders above $250.
  • $6 shipping fees for all the orders below $250.
  • Delivery time: within 2-3 working days.

Online Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We make sure that every online order is processed through 128 bit SSL encryption. This is done to minimize the risk of information theft while using credit card for online shopping. All prices and figures are listed in U.S. dollars.

Shipping Your Order

Before we dispatch your order for delivery, your credit will be verified but your card will not be charged until your order has been sent out. Our Customer Service Department may approach you if extra information is required.

Rings and custom jewelry will need more time to be processed due to sizing and customization required by the client as we strive to create all our pieces with maximum attention to detail.

Verification for pricey orders will be required by signature at the time of delivery. Please entail someone to carry out the appropriate signature if you are unavailable at the time the order is delivered at the appropriate delivery address. To ensure maximum efficiency, we will send out confirmation of your delivery as well as the number by which you can track your order via email.

In case your order cannot be dispatched, we will inform you the reasons for the discrepancy within 2 working days.
